TheBatterySoundtrackCoverThe Battery: Original Score by Ryan Winford is now available here at Bandcamp. Includes 28 tracks for just $5, with the score from the film plus tons of unused music and a few surprises mixed in. All music remixed and remastered for this release.

This is for the original, instrumental score for indie zombie movie The Battery.

These songs were not used either due to time restraints, their scenes being cut, or just not fitting the overall tone of the final film, but some of them, especially "Ben & Mickey" really strike a chord with me. It's great to see them finally see the light of day.

photo(54)Our little zombie film is all grown-up! You can now purchase the DVD in most Walmart stores across the United States, and at a great price too! The DVD comes with all the same great special features you'll find on the Bluray version, including audio commentary, outtakes reel, and the 90-minute making of documentary. (See the bottom of this post for special video clips from the documentary.) You can also get your copy of the film from Amazon or straight from Scream Factory's website from the links below.

We're really proud of our film and hope everyone gets a chance to see it. It has also already been released on disc in several other countries including France, Germany, UK, and more. The-Battery-Pretending-to-Line-Up-a-ShotSince June 4th is approaching fast, when The Battery movie will be released digitally in the US, I'm taking the opportunity to share some recent news and videos. The-Battery-Walking-through-WoodsThe Battery is having its New York premiere on June 2nd to celebrate our US release. The showing is at the Anthology Film Archives on 2nd Avenue. 6:00pm on Sunday, June 2nd. Tickets are $10 at the door only, on a first come, first serve basis. Check out The Battery on Facebook for more details on this show, and to be the first to learn of new festival and screening dates in your area by liking the page.

THE BATTERY Movie PosterSave this date: June 4th, 2013 That's when our film "The Battery" will be released digitally in the United States.

It will be available to rent OnDemand from most major cable providers. And for rent or purchase digitally on iTunes, Amazon Streaming, VuDu, Google Play, Xbox Live, the PS3 PSN, and others.
